The Widener University School of Law recently held awards ceremonies on both of its law campuses to honor students who accomplished outstanding achievements. The ceremony on the Harrisburg, Pa. campus was held Tuesday, April 30. Those honored included:

Coastal Carolina University has released names of students who earned the Dean's List status for the Spring 2013 semester. To qualify for the Dean's List, freshmen must earn a 3.25 grade point average, and upperclassmen must earn a 3.5 grade point average. All students must be enrolled full time.

Students who earned a semester GPA of 3.50 or higher were named to Dean's List for the Spring 2013 semester at York College of Pennsylvania.

Some 746 doctoral, master's and bachelor's degrees were awarded as Wilkes University for the first time held separate commencement ceremonies for graduate and undergraduate students on May 18, 2013. The 10 a.m. ceremony for graduate students and a 2 p.m. ceremony for undergraduates were held in the Arnaud C. Marts Sports & Conference Center. Graduates marched down South Franklin Street and entered the center to the music of bagpipers leading the procession.
